Autoglass serves more than 1.1 million customers a year. Our objective was to communicate their customer message and repositioning of their brand to staff and customers, in branches. Two ‘prototype’ branches display our concepts, with a view to more stores being re-branded. To capitalise on drop–in trade, we have also developed a longer–term strategy for prime high street locations.
