Training the UK's first mainstream electric car experts.
Meda was engaged by Nissan to develop and deliver a full training programme that would provide the UK network’s new electric vehicle relationship managers (EVRMs) with the knowledge and confidence needed to establish and maintain relationships with owners of the Nissan LEAF - Europe’s first mainstream electric car.
Our launch training programme played a key role in the successful introduction of the Nissan LEAF to the UK market. Called ‘Powering up’, it gave the EVRMs the information and tools necessary for the delivery of rewarding sales and ownership experiences.
During the creation of the programme, Meda undertook customer and market research; developed creative concepts, identities and collateral; designed and produced bespoke materials for trainers and delegates; and facilitated training and on-site coaching.
