Who we are

With decades of varied expertise gained from inside and outside the automotive world, and with the support of the wider Meda team, we bring critical independence and a unique perspective on the automotive industry and its challenges. Knowledgeable and experienced, we’re also obsessive about helping people to realise their potential - and we're positive about the opportunities to build better performing businesses through better performing people.

Gillian Henry

A dedicated training and development professional with more than 25 years’ experience, Gillian started her career in a 5-star hotel in London, fuelling her passion for exceptional service.

Her move into training and development was motivated by a desire to help others reach their potential by providing them with inspirational and insightful training programmes.
At Porsche Cars Great Britain, Gillian looked after training for all customer-facing personnel within the brand’s network. She was a member of the global training team that designed product and skills training, which involved online and face-to-face delivery for each of the global markets. 
Since leaving Porsche, Gillian has been involved with numerous projects for premium and volume brands, including the launch of the Nissan LEAF to the UK market and the pioneering Customer Experience Programme for Volvo Car UK.
As People & Performance Director at Meda, she has also been heavily involved in the design, development and delivery of three recently-created modules for the C-Sales training programme of Mercedes-Benz Cars UK.

Max Tuttle

Max’s varied career spans more than 15 years and includes time in mainland Europe and the Middle East, working for companies ranging from OEMs to small specialist agencies.

At Meda, Max is responsible for the introduction and running of training and customer experience programmes, as well as key marketing activities. An automotive theme connects almost all Max’s work, which includes PR, marketing, journalism, data analysis and training. He has also worked as account director at PR agencies in the Middle East and the UK, handling a variety of automotive, consumer, technology and B2B accounts.
Max holds an engineering degree from Coventry University.
